As buyers viewed the home they repeatedly commented on the red sink and the terrible carpeting. Unfortunately, people will often focus on the negative aspects of your home as much if not more than the positives. You don’t want buyers to remember your home as the house with the Red sink.

As my pictures reveal not everyone has the same taste. A year ago I was in the process of listing a home for a distant relative. I told him that certain Items needed to be removed from his home to make the property more appealing to the masses.

“Wally” and I painted a couple of rooms to brighten them, but he quickly backed out of replacing the horrid red sink you see, and leaving the 1970’s carpet that is rather repulsive.
