Have you ever visited a site and said, “Wow this is amazing!” This is one of those sites. Other sites, like Zillo.com, don’t even copmpare. This is more accurate and does so much more.
Type in a property address. Almost instantly you have 4 satelite views of the property(N,S,E,W). An overhead view of the surrounding area. Values for each property around the subject property. Then click on view details of the property and you have charts and graphs, more than I can name in one sitting, that compare things like: Avergae Sale Price vs. Square Footage, Dollar Amount of Sale vs. Month of sale. These graphs are great to easily see what a property is doing in the market.
A study showed recently that, “People who use new technology, specifically in Real Estate realted fields, earn an average of 75% more than those who don’t”. Make sure that you have the tools to get the job done effectively, smart, and efficently all while keeping it exciting and smooth, never stressful.
